funky bandannas

Hey girls, get your hands ready!
You are about to have some serious fun making these funky bandannas!
Let your creativity run wild, follow the easy instructions and personalise your creations.
LET'S GET STARTED!!

THINGS YOU NEED:

- 65CM (26") cotton fabric - white
- matching thread
- fabric paint - pink, white, purpple, yellow, red, blue, orange & green
- paintbrush
- plastic sheet
- pencil
- pins
- scissors

STEP 1:

Cut a square of the cotton fabric 65cm x 65 cm (26" x 26").
Hem the edges of the fabric by turning the fabric over twice and stitching carefully along the edge.

STEP 2:

Choose one of the designs or make all three! Copy the design onto the fabric using a pencil.

STEP 3:

Lay the fabric on top of a sheet of plastic and carefully paint in the design.

STEP 4:

Be patient! Leave to dry for at least 24 hours. Heat set the paint by using a clean cloth on top and underneath the fabric and ironing for a few minutes. Now you are ready to wear your cool bandanna!!!

Thank you to everyone for your wonderful entries into our 'best friends' competition! It is alwasy a difficult and tricky decision to chose that special winning entry. We loved so many of them and in the end we chose a special entrant that had just a lovely short meaningful message that described her best friend perfectly. What seems important most of all is how her friend makes her feel, its love and friendship that we cherish like this for life and that we have to celebrate and appreciate and say a lovely thank you for. if you are not too familiar with happy house well then you would not know that we have been around for a while! We first started here in Australia 14 years ago and after a few years we spread our wings to begin selling our products in a select few countries. the best part about our overseas sojurns are the fact that we get to see happy house used by so many amazing girls and some guys in the greatest countries. the most exciting part of creating happy house is seeing it with people whilst on my travels. to see just where and how happy house has ventured to different parts of the world we would love to see some photos of you or freinds with your happy house item. you can be out and about, with your family or fiends or in the quiet of your favorite spot like your bedroom. we will post up your photos and your name in the news section and for our favorite photos we will send you a special happy house present for your efforts.
